Recognized as an expert on podcast advertising, Glenn has spoken at the National Association of Broadcasters convention (twice), is regularly quoted in coverage of the industry, and is often a guest on business and marketing podcasts. Fun Fact: As a teenager, Glenn Rubenstein was a video game journalist for the San Francisco Examiner, and the founding console games editor at GameSpot. Glenn's Expert Witness testimony was cited as a persuasive argument in deciding the Game Genie Trial (Lewis Galoob Toys, Inc. v. Nintendo of America, Inc.).
